dckc 1a3bc14416 docs: goal tree aims at the weekly roundup (#23) ...

From the "Capsite checklist revisited" session: the root goal becomes
madmode publishing a weekly roundup of diigo bookmarks; goal 2 reads the
public cache (no credential on madmode's side); new 1f (stale head
pages must refresh); goals 3–7 restated around the weekly page,
deployment, cookie expiry, and bib sync.
